Branch Line Train Station Plau am See

Beside my big main train station “Interlockingen” (MOC 49856), I wanted to have a smaller train station which you often can find on branch lines in Germany. My choice fell on the building of the train station in Plau am See, a small town in Mecklenburg in north-eastern Germany. The station is now only used by the railway in the summer months and only a small local train stops here. The station is basically extinct, and the building no longer serves a purpose.

The model shows the station building as it would have been in 2023. I decided to use dark red bricks, even the original station is a bit brighter. The inner part is interior ready. Means there is no inner wall, furniture or other things inside the building, except three stoves for the three big chimneys, some pillars to support the construction and the floors. All floors and roofs can be easily removed to access the inner area of the building or to have a look inside the building.

MOC stats (incl. basement and platform parts):

Length: 96.0 studs

Width: 64.0 studs

Height: 42.8 studs

Weight: 9100 grams

Parts: 8986

I provide a detailed step-by-step building instruction. At the end of it, you find an overview of all needed parts.

A print-ready sticker sheet is available too (in case the model contains stickers). I provide it in the widely used PDF-format in high-resolution and print-ready.

Furthermore, I provide the parts list in Excel format. This makes it easy to filter out needed parts and create order lists.

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any damages or injury on parts and humans happen while following my instructions. Everything you do is your responsibility and under your personal risk.
